I have children with a number of severe long term health conditions and we have used this pharmacy since spring time. It was all good until last week when we went to pick up my daughter's medication. There had been some "hic ups" with the prescription (not the pharmacy's fault) and it was delayed by several days. To make a long story short, we were appallingly treated by the so called "health care professional". She refused to hear me out, I was called numerous names, not an ounce of understanding, or an attempt to understand. Never have I been spoken to so rudely by a health care professional ever before. It was a scary experience, to put it mildly. I certainly will not use this pharmacy again.

Very pleased with the care and attention i received when visiting this Pharmacy for my Covid booster and was also offered blood pressure check of which the result was discussed in detail.

I had my Covid booster injection today. After checking in, the member of staff who gave the injection only checked which arm I wanted it in and that I didn't use blood thinners and then the injection was in! My arm wasn't swabbed with antiseptic in advance, the staff member wasn't wearing gloves nor did I see him clean his hands. My partner and mother are both booked to attend here for their jabs in coming weeks and I've asked them to cancel and go elsewhere. With their immunocompromised status, we cannot risk them when basic infection control protocols, that take less than a minute and even a 1st year medical / health student knows how to do properly, are not treated as essential.

I have only been with this chemist for couple months but they are by far the best I’ve ever been to. Brilliant customer service skills really friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble for them. Thanks and I’ll continue to receive my medication through your selfs !
