After a month of the boss falling ill and the poor staff trying to deal with the back log I come in again and the staff were as friendly as always and are back on track and seem less stressed again.

I have been collecting my prescription for years and years from Wilmshurst. All staff are so friendly, professional and get the job done. They have had a lot of stress to deal with just recently which continues, and they are showing great resilience in spite of this, Well done Wilmshurst.

Still waiting for medication on order since beginning of June 2023, over a month and still no stock now running seriously low on meds that I cannot just stop taking

Missing 5 items from a repeat prescription as I was ushered out the shop at closing with no time t check. Now missing essential medication over weekend.
