I was given a prescription on the Tuesday before Easter, I dropped it off and was told the can't process it there pharmacist was at lunch and do this afternoon, I returned the following day and was told they closed for lunch I came out work and was then kept waiting 30 minutes,only to be told they didn't have all my meds and would I like my prescription back! I went there as I thought it would be convenient, returned today and then was told they didn't even bother to order more, I can't now even get my prescription back , as its in. The system? They promised to ring as they would order more tobe in this afternoon, still haven't heard anything back , the pharmacist and the staff don't care and seem to be annoyed that they have to do any work at all, can't complain to company as they have no customer service Address all I get is a review page , fyi there only interested in positive reviews, I thought to go there as this would be convenient for as it's on my way to work,how wrong I am , I have now down to last few tablets. Will hope they can bothered to do something, otherwise will have ask for a emergency prescription on the NHS prescription app.

My girlfriend and I switched to this pharmacy a few months back and have always found the staff helpful and, while sometimes you may have to wait a short while for a prescription that hasn't been made up, we've been very happy about the service and communication when an item has been unavailable.
