I have today 30 May 2025 been to collect my monthly prescription from kps pharmacy. I have been using this business since Boots closed in Chorlton. It is noted on my records to telephone me when my prescription is ready for collection. At best this is happens intermittently. This means that frequently I am left overdue my medication. When I attend the pharmacy to see if they have my prescription, I remind them of the note on the computer system (which i have been told is highlighted), I ask them why I have not received a call. Previously I have been told "Sorry it won't happen again" and "we have called but there is no reply". Today I was told the latter again. "The manager has called you twice and there was no answer". I explained there is no record in my mobile phone log of any call and no voicemail left. I requested to speak to the manager and they would not speak with me. I will not be giving my custom to this business in the future and advise if you want good appreciative service then use and alternative pharmacy.
