I ordered my prescription on 8/11/23, a sign in the pharmacy asks you to order 7 days in advance. I attended the pharmacy on 23/11/23 during my lunch hour and was told that my prescription (for insulin) wasn't available. I checked online to ensure my GP had completed the order which he had. I stated this over the telephone and was asked if I had received it, I said obviously not as that was the reason for my call. The lady I spoke to was abrupt and just fell short of being absolutely rude so much so when she dismissed me to go and look to see if my insulin was in storage (why she didn't do that on my first visit can only be guessed at) I decided I would not tolerate the indignity and hung up the phone. No apology was offered and I was spoken over several times during my call I simply felt I was not listened to and I was a mere inconvenience. I still have not received any insulin.

A prescription was sent by my Dr at 5.30pm Thursday. I rang at 1.00pm Friday and was told it was in a queue ring back in 2 hrs, did so to be told same. Rang again and no one answers. Over 24hrs now and still not got my prescription. My wife has had many similar occurrences. This is unacceptable. I was told by Dr I must take the medication immediately Friday morning and it's now it's 6.00pm, they don't care

Left without diabetic tablets, note on script saying out of stock, surely you can order from your supplier enough medication to supply the needs of patients.

Absolutely terrible customer service from the pharmacist in charge at this practice! I dread going in for my repeat prescription due to how rude and unprofessional she is. you leave this place feeling irritated and annoyed due to the lack of respect shown to you. I got shouted at for not putting my prescription in early enough when I had already given them 8 days to prepare my medication. Definitely will be finding a new pharmacy and urge anybody never to use this pharmacy

Palliative care emergency meds sent at 6am, from emergency gp 111 service. Rang chemist at 9 on opening advised yes they did have it would be be an hour, wait for text, ...rang again 10.44 advised be half hour, still no text, husband went at 11.45 still not ready, was told it,s only just come through on the system, complete lie , will not be using this chemist again ......
