1. I must have been using this Pharmacy for over 30 years and I can't remember having had any difficulties with any of the staff. They seem to be on the ball with any query and if in doubt they will always ask the pharmacist. I would go to them first for advice about anything which is troublesome, but not to the extent that I need to see my G.P. 2.The pharmacy is always very clean and tidy. 3. The staff are appropriately dressed - clean white lab coats and a pleasant manner, as well as being brisk and business like. 4. The staff seem to have a good grasp of the plethora of conditions people go in with, often being the first member of staff to see them. 5. They are able to give advice and direct the person on to the pharmacist, to the GP, or to a nurse practitioner at the GP surgery. 6. Also they are efficient, professional and able to resolve any problems immediately (e.g. if your medicine has gone missing or if you are muddled up etc). 7. I used to do a lot of Christmas shopping there as well, but some years ago now there was a big change - fewer display units, fewer pharmacy assistants, and fewer things to buy. 8. However I'll still keep going there because I trust them and feel comfortable talking to them.
