This pharmacy have gone down hill, go in to collect a prescription that has been sent by the doctor only to find they don't have it call the surgery and they confirm it has been sent ask them again and surprisingly it has been found get told I will have to wait for it with no time frame so I have currently been sitting here for 40 minutes and people have come and gone !! Lady at the till extremely poor and very rude 5 people I have counted working and not organized.....not like it was a few years ago would be waiting 15 mins max .

They have taken my money for full prescriptions and didn’t give me my medicine. I have been few times but they are not ready to give my medicine. Not refunding my money not giving me my medicine .
