Tried to get a prescription filled to be told no stock come back another day so went back the following day and was informed there is a nation wide shortage do not know why I was not informed to start with as they said its been the same for the past couple of weeks .Sort out another prescription that will work go to collect prescription half filled and to come back for the rest next week ,get home and find correct meds but someone else's paper work with all the persons medications on address nhs number etc shocking place please try another pharmacy really not worth the drama of making sure your going to get your medication

Despite requesting prescription 7 days in advance, it still wasn't ready and had to wait 2 and a half hours to get it and got the same prescription twice. I know you are under pressure but I'm constantly having to wait for my prescription despite requesting it well in advance. I can't fault your staff, doing their best but something is going seriously wrong with whoever is running Westfield Walk Pharmacy. Reluctant to try Rees Chemist in Leominster High street who seem to be more intent on arguing with each other rather than serving customers. Will try Boots next time.

My personal experience of Westfield Walk is that is the Pharmacy where there is nearly always a long queue and always a long wait. It is also the Pharmacy where prescriptions are rarely ready beforehand and high prices. I think those are the things they do best. They are inefficient, unprofessional and completely incompetent. The inside decor of this pharmacy is dated, tatty and looks very disorganised. Thank you
