The pharmacist (nate) is a credit to the pharmacy, he put my mind at rest, sorting out my blood pressure, I was so pleased with the results. The team who work there are all very professional, thank you.

Was very happy with help given with regard to a week of blood pressure checks, requested by Doctor. The required calculation were taken care of by the pharmacist at the end of the 7 days recordings period. Thanks.

Staff always have a smile on their face 😀 Had a phone call from one of their pharmacists this evening at 8:15 pm to check if a medication was suiting me .

Always kind and considerate very helpful and genuinely concerned about your health strongly recommend.for example they took the time to phone me to ask how I was getting on with a new medication

When hearing that I was taking new medication, the Pharmacist asked to be involved. I subsequently received two telephone discussions about progress and any side effects. Afterwards when a series of test results were known, these were shown to the Pharmacist and further helpful advice was given.

I needed advice recently for managing reduction of certain pain relief medication and received sympathetic and excellent assistance from the pharmacist over two telephone calls. His help was invaluable.

My wife has hearing and sight issues and had to have a blood pressure 24hour test at the West Point pharmacy in Chilwell. She was apprehensive about it but I was most impressed with the way she was treated and the care and attention from the chemist. 10/10 and well done !

I had to have my blood pressure taken over 24 hours, the pharmacist was more than helpful and put me at ease. Great service and I would recommend the pharmacy to friends and family.
