This Pharmacy delivers a much needed community service dispensing hundreds of prescriptions. Overall a very good service, but more recently queuing to be served has become more of the norm with pretty lengthy waiting times. Not a large pharmacy and seating is limited for those unable to stand in a queue for any length of time.. Staff are attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this Pharmacy, but be aware it is a very busy one, so be prepared to wait. +

This pharmacy started out well but is going downhill. Even phone calls get hung up immediately their phone is picked up - very poor. Incredible 45+ minutes wait times for prescriptions. Sometimes incorrect medication or quantities have been supplied but when raised the pharmacist, he was unperturbed. The town needs another pharmacy as this is not a good pharmacy to have a monopoly on pharmaceutical services .

An excellent service from this pharmacy, friendly staff, no fuss and quick overall service. Would highly recommend, thank you West Hill Team.

West Hill Pharmacy were excellent and helpful in obtaining my medicines that other Pharmacies haven't be able to get hold of for months! Staff are all friendly and clearly go the extra mile. Although there was a long queue today, once seen it was only 10-15minute wait. Thank you for your hard work.

I had a chance to speak to "manager of all pharmacies" there regarding waiting 30 minutes to collect two prescriptions even though people coming later were waiting to have their prescription ready much sooner. These prescription were sent day before but they "didn't have it" and had to go there twice despite they were sent there by pharmacy. She was very rude and said I can go elsewhere.
