   Told to use 'Pharmacy First' by GP practice. Dismissed by pharmacist who does a good line in arrogance and superciliousness but not a lot else, failed to spot a condition which then required an overnight stay in hospital. Way to go Pharmacy First. If this is going to work you need to get rid of the useless pharmacists first.
