    I am fully depend on the liquid diet, I went to Wellfield chemist Seven days ago, For picking my prescription and they say we will be order it today and it should be ready tomorrow, come after two days and spoke to someone and they say no it’s not been ordered so can you come tomorrow? I took a two days again to ask my order again and they say sorry nothing there. Can you come on tomorrow again please and that time I’m in the Chemist, everybody is recognise me myself and they already know I come for the same. I’ve done about the time I told them please how can I believe it will be ready tomorrow and they just slide laughing at my words and they say this mean tomorrow when I told them I already been there three times within last seven days and everybody told me the same thing and this liquid died is the only food I can eat is from my GP and the specialist from Dietitian and you keep telling me to come tomorrow and after tomorrow is weak now can you tell me is This item is available in stock, Their reply, yes, And I also speak to the senior staff or manager and take a Shorty please if you don’t have it, you can give me the prescription but I can try some different Chemist, They told me you will get tomorrow, definitely, When I come back tomorrow to picking my item and the same Asian lady staff already deal with me many time She giving me a very big bucket 10500ml Liquid bottle inside and she told me to take this, I told her why you don’t separate me On packet, She Laughing at me and she say you know who put on this table is the female and you say you can’t pick it up, I feel very embarrassed because of my health condition. My diet was limited. I do not have a good power to lift of 15 kg and I want to know this is not my first time I struggling with this problem from this Chemist other people is more worse condition like myself , Come to the Chemist and the phone line is busy always to them, They don’t have accurate information on the system or somebody just say to me you only have 28 bottle or four my GP prescribe me 84 the Docter Surgery they say we send you 84 so I have to speak to the manager again to confirm and they say I’m sorry they really have 84, I have seven people on the same Chemist from my family my mum she is so patient have medication on this Chemist every month and they are very very special medicine, The senior manager told me , Can you come tomorrow? We are very busy today.I think they r short of staff , they need more help, From the past six months when I call for the next day medicine ready when they come to the chemist and it’s always not ready because of the busy of time please help me and help other people to check this Chemist to treat Right to the people, thanks

    I went today to leave a cv for any job opportunities, when I asked to leave it, he said to me in a rude manner "why?", I asked him to be polite and needed training on customer service, he denied this and his co-workers all came to defend him, they were all smirking, I tried to confide in one them, who was equally rude and said he was a locum, another one refused to give her name and said she didnt work there, although I saw her on the computer working. very unprofessional staff.
