Excellent prescription service, actioned rapidly on receipt from the surgery then customer informed by text without delay. Today I called in only 10 minutes after being prescribed tablets, just to ask when they were likely to be available. I was told they would text me as soon as they heard from the Surgery. We got just 20 yards from the chemist & the lady ran out and said they’ve just heard from the Surgery and within 5 minutes I had my tablets. Excellent service, always very friendly and very good with additional services eg flu & Covid jabs

I started using this pharmacy last year as my previous pharmacy struggled to regularly get my prescribed medicines. They have been absolutely brilliant & keep me informed when my prescription is ready and if there will be a delay due to a shortage of the drug. The team are always friendly and extremely knowledgeable and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

I've been going there for some months. The first thing I noticed is how quickly they prepare my repeat prescriptions, and notify me by text message that it's ready. When I wanted something off-presciption they sent upstairs to the stock room without delay and served me with smiles throughout. Lovely people!

Wellbeing pharmacy in Huntingdon has provided my monthly prescription in excellent time usually 2 days after requesting via the NHS app.

Ordered pills on Monday morning at 10.00am and they were ready to collect the same afternoon. Staff are always very friendly and helpful and there is rarely a queue Would recommend this pharmacy to all

The assistants that serve the shop and work the till are great. However the main pharmacy technicians working behind the shop are rude and arrogant. I was in earshot and heard the male pharmacy technician call me a liar after I had described advice the nearest doctors surgery had given me, then after a mornings wait I was told they wouldnt have my medication for another day. If I was told this at the very start I would have gone elsewhere.

Counter service is excellent, personnel are proficient, polite and professional. Wellbeing consistently send texts to make me aware medication is ready to collect. 1 additional service would help by informing me when any meds are not available

Consistently providing wonderful service to patients. Empathetic, understanding, thoughtful staff. Wonderful communication with patients, providing different options and information regarding services and medical help. I feel like staff genuinely want to help people to feel better when unwell and acknowledge that sometimes people aren’t feeling their best when accessing pharmacy services! I have used this pharmacy for regular diabetes script, Pharmacy First service and sporadic prescriptions. Each time they have been courteous and helpful. Even ringing other pharmacy’s to check stock. Scripts are ready promptly, they take time to explain dosages etc and are very patient! They seem like a lovely team who are all patient focussed. A product that was a special order has been prescribed and as soon as it arrived the pharmacy called me to advise me it was ready to collect. An identical script sent erroneously to another pharmacy has taken 12 days to get there! Thank you!
