Wellbeing pharmacy is truly amazing in every way, and provides a vital and very efficient service to Littleport and surrounding areas. However, it is slightly let down by just one member of staff who is often quite surly, and sometimes appears rather rude. A case in point being my daughter went to collect my monthly order which fills a large carrier bag. She was handed a small paper bag, and when she asked if that was all there was she was told yes. My daughter said that it should be my big monthly order, and could they please check? This was met with a sigh, and stomping into the back, only to return with a huge bag of meds and not even a word of apology. This is by no means the only time this has happened with this member of staff, and it does impact on the character of the store. Apart from this one issue, it's an awesome asset to the village.

I’ve used this pharmacy for 2 years now and they’re always very efficient and quick getting my medication which isn’t able to be kept in stock, very friendly staff & open long hours so it’s easy to collect any time. Highly recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very quick to process prescriptions. Always ready to sort out and source medication suitable to our requirements.

Very quick in supplying and telling me it was ready for collection. I ordered medicartion on Sunday afternon and I received a text message tesuesday afternoon.

This is a very efficient local pharmacy. Usually prescriptions are ready the next day. It is open at convenient times including Saturday and Sunday.

Always open even on a Sunday very polite and always have what I need. I had an infection and needed antibiotics so was able to collect them at 7.30pm very handy
