This surgery had rude staff who are unhelpful, rude and unempathetic. I forgot to order my prescription( seeing my anxiety the doctors fast tracked it) but the chemist made me feel like a naughty child breaking the rules and told me I would have to wait.

Best pharmacy in the city. I have felt with a lot of them. I have complex needs and the dedicated staff here make sure I am looked after in every way. Always have my best interests at heart and with a smile every time.

Went for my COVID and flu vaccination, also had blood pressure check. They were very friendly, professional, organised and efficient. They were running bang on time for my appointment, all done in a few minutes, but I was not rushed at all, and given the opportunity to ask questions about any concerns.

Visited the pharmacy for Covid & Flu vaccinations. The person behind the counter was friendly and welcoming. Then the nurse/doctor/pharmacist (not sure which) was wonderful - injections in both arms and I never felt the needle. Quite the lightest touch and an altogether good experience - has to be five stars!
