    I was ringing them all-day to follow up on my medication that I urgently need, that they didn't have in stock when ordered... They never picked the phone up once, I kept ringing, & ringing, then, last time I rang they picked it up & hung up straight away without even taking to me & they then left the phone off the hook. Disgusting!!...No communication skills whatsoever, they are constantly out of stock with your medication/prescription requests... Their customer service is shocking!!!... Rude

    Since using Well Pharmacy since it has taken over Hamblins 2 years ago there has been a catalog of errors related to my and my wife’s prescription medication regarding the length of time we are having to wait and then being told to call back for missing items that are not in stock.Things seemed to be improving recently with the service but alas it has now slipped back to the chaotic scenes of the initial takeover with terribly disappointing customer service and attitudes. A sign has been posted on the safety screening saying that customers must be prepared to wait for an hour before their prescriptions might be ready.This is totally unacceptable.The resulting effect of this strategy is people queuing out of the door to even find out if their prescriptions are even being processed.l recently had to return 3 times in as many days to find that the pharmacy was unable to open due to staff issues and could not access my prescription. The standard of service is terrible.. I have now chosen to use a different pharmacy and regret waiting for so long having given up on Well and the indifferent attitude of the staff. I had nothing but respect and gratitude to the former staff and management and feel that all their previous hard work and great customer service has been poured down the drain in a few short months.

    My own fault entirely I forgot to put my prescription in on time but Well pharmacy Noble close went out of their way to help me and did it for me before I ran out of an important medication. They had lots of teething problems when they took over but seemed to have overcome them now and I thank them.
