    Customers of this pharmacy, like myself, are experiencing very long waiting times (7 to 10 days) for repeat prescriptions of common drugs. Also the staff don't answer the phone because they are understaffed and too busy. This has been going on for a long time. The local surgery GPs and nurses are aware of the problems and also consider it unacceptable..
