    One good point is that they do dispense our medication in organiser boxes as i can't see to do them. Not all pharmacies have the capacity to do that. We have tried to contact them by phone on several different occasions since they took over from Lloyds. They have never answered and there's no opportunity to leave a message. We both have disabilities including sight loss, so being able to speak on the phone regarding changes to repeat medications is important to us.

    I wanted to pick up my prescription from my nominated pharmacy, but found out that it had gone to Well pharmacy instead. I never changed my nomination and want to know how and why they did this. This caused me distress and a delay in receiving my medication.
