    The pharmacy manager helped me when I had a urinary tract infection. He was caring and very helpful. He was really knowledgeable and willing to answer any question.

    This pharmacy is consistently awful. You can rarely get an answer and can call 20 times or more before anyone answers. Very often when they don't want to answer the phone they pick it up and immediately disconnect. Then when you call straight back it is constantly engaged.They fail to deliver on the agreed days or to send texts to confirm delivery, they deliver without telling you when items are missing and they change the agreed delivery day without giving any notice. The staff are the rudest I have ever encountered and have no concept of customer service. No one wants to take any responsibility for the poor service provided and there is no resident manager. I have lost count of the number of times one member of staff who has worked there a long time has been rude and put the phone down on me, like yesterday when I called to ask why my pre-arranged delivery had failed to arrive. I arranged delivery for yesterday and stayed in all day to discover they had changed it to today with no notice or explanation. When I said it would be nice if just once it was appreciated why this was upsetting - the reply was "Have you finished? I've got people queueing up" and then the phone was abruptly put down on me. Does anyone from Well Head Office care? I don't think so because this has been going on for a long, long time and nothing ever improves. Time for a change of pharmacy!

    What is going on with this pharmacy? I have never known it get so bad before. I have been trying to call them for 3 days. I must have rung them thirty times at least. Almost constantly engaged and whenever you do get a ringtone they let it ring for ages and then cut it off. As soon as you call back it is engaged! We should have had essentials medicines delivered for two people but, after waiting in all day nobody called with them and I can't get through to find out why.I now have no choice but to go to the pharmacy to collect the medicines which defeats the point of having a delivery service. I am a carer and really can't spare the time to do this but I have no choice. I tried to ring their Head Office and guess what? - it rang out for ages and then was cut off (multiple times). Obviously this completely unacceptable behaviour is company policy!! I need to find another delivery service.
