    I like many others using this pharmacy have to order at least 2 weeks in advance for medication and then there are long queues at the counter to get your prescription. This is also exacerbated by having no pharmacist on duty some times when I have gone to get medication and therefore they cannot issue

    Turn around on prescriptions is ridiculous. I ordered with surgery on 23rd September, have received part of my order still waiting on remaining. Why? Have been trying to ring on and off all day no reply. If you go in you know there is going to be a long queue outside the doors, with at least 1/2 hour wait. This is a regular occurrence. Come on do better, I need my meds

    10 days notice given for a repeat pain medication prescription and not even ordered in. Happens too often, queue for 30 mins to get to the counter to be told sorry we’ll have to order despite using NHS app and needing the prescription every month for 3 months. Please investigate and feel free to contact me to discuss. Really poor service and causes extra anxiety due to the Russian roulette of getting necessary pain relief on time.
