Had an appointment on Tues for COVID booster. After a fifteen minute wait in the queue, I was told pharmacist wasn’t available and I should ring tomorrow to reschedule. Rang Wed for a new appointment. Told to come in Thurs. Attended Thurs, was told no vaccines available. Assistant suggested I come back Friday. I chose to go to a different pharmacy, not risking being messed about again. No apology given.

Have a monthly prescription with a lot of medication, rarely do I get it all together having to make a return journey, waiting times are ridiculous.They have just argued with my wife that I am taking too much of one of my medications then apologised after realising they were reading my son's prescription.I am still short of some meds which means having to go back again Very very poor service and I know I'm not the only person who feels this way.
