    Rude member of staff. Was very difficult with me about using Pharmacy First service then once they realised I did qualify, it took 40+ minutes to process the prescription when I was the only member of the public in the store.

    Had flu vaccine booked. They phoned on day of appointment to say had no stock, so had to cancel. This is in line with their prescription service, which always takes a long time. The whole shop needs a review & revamp.
