Not very understanding. I left my purse at home having been in a hurry to get to the Pharmacy before 6.o’clock. Having to leave at 5.45. Wanting a prescription amounting to £6. I was refused but eventually sorted my phone enabling me to pay. But they were definitely going to let me go without it. I’m not the sort of person who looks like they would not pay. I thought they were very unsympathetic. I am 82 yrs of age. They could and should have asked me for my address. I was referred to by my doctor by the way.
