    I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at Well pharmacy in Swanley. Despite sending a prescription over a day ago for urgent medication, I was informed that it would take three days to be ready. When I inquired about alternative options, such as collecting the prescription and filling it at another pharmacy, I was met with a dismissive response. The pharmacy was not busy at the time, and I couldn't understand the reason for such a significant delay. Moreover, when I asked for advice on over-the-counter medications to alleviate my symptoms, the pharmacists seemed indifferent and unhelpful. Given the NHS's recommendation to consult pharmacists for minor ailments, this experience was particularly frustrating. I will definitely be changing my default pharmacy.
