    I had been prescribed tablets on prescription at a prescription cost of £9.90 only to find out later that the tablets can be bought over the counter at a slightly lower cost of £5.70. Exactly the same tablets and same amount. I found this very Disappointing that the pharmacy would not have pointed out they are cheaper to buy over the counter and went on to charge me the higher amount. Lesson learnt to always ask before automatically paying on prescription.

    Called in person and on phone to obtain meds. The script was made out on 21 March. Was told was getting done ..was not. Desparate I called down on Thursday 28 have never seen such a queue in my life. Everyone was complaining cannot get regular meds. I also had to go upstairs once more to gp as that urgent script no ready despite numerous visits. In the end I gave up and went home my anxiety through the roof. Today Tuesday 2 April the old script delivered. I went down because the urgent one not delivered. Then I actually waited for over 20 mins. Again huge queues and people upset . Previous owners were fine. Am changing to new chemist.
