I contacted Well Pharmacy in early October to ask if they could obtain an inhaler that my GP had prescribed for me. I was told that they could not get the strength my doctor had prescribed but they could obtain a weaker strength which would allow me to double up when taking it to achieve the correct dosage. I therefore phoned my GP practice and requested that they forward an electronic prescription to Well Pharmacy. My doctor did so immediately and I was told by the pharmacy that once they received the prescription they would order the inhaler and I would be able to collect it in the next couple of days. I heard nothing further and therefore phoned the Pharmacy on two occasions tp be told the inhaler had not come in yet. We are now at the end of October and my old inhaler ran out a week ago. I have tried many times to get through to the pharmacy but, the phone rings for a while and then reverts to the engaged tone. Needless to say, I will never use this pharmacy again and it is clear that I will need to obtain another prescription from my doctor and ask for it to be sent to an alternative pharmacy. I will never use any Well pharmacy again as the service is appalling.

Dreadful chemist, not enough staff to cope with the work load. Lacking in basic customer service, waiting ages for the phone to be answered then cut off and then an engaged tone. Medications not in stock so that leads to more waiting time.
