Each month i try to order my Mum's repeat prescription from this Pharmacy which is supposed to by telephone as requested by their staff. Each month I have the same difficulty that nobody answers the phone or it is constantly engaged. I believe the staff take the phone off the hook as I have been in the Pharmacy and rang the number but the phone doesn't actually ring. Today I have had to leave my place of work at lunchtime and walk to the Pharmacy, however when I got there a note was on the door saying due to staffing shortages they were closed until around 2pm. I have complained to the companies head office twice and they don't even have the decency to address these issues. I now have no way of ordering the required medication, and the Pharmacy are failing badly in a duty of care to their patients.

I have rang the pharmacy 26 times today beginning from 9:34am right through to 6pm. The phone line either rang continuously or was busy. I was unable to find a means of contact on the website or an email address. I appreciate the pharmacy is busy however how are we supposed to access the service for medication advice if the telephone is not answered.
