    Here I am,trying to check on a prescription. Have been phoning since 09.02 its now 09.17, still no one is picking up. I've been cut off once. Frustrating. Dismally poor service oh I've just been cut off again.... when will someone do something about this dreadful pharmacy??

    I booked on line to have flu jab at well stocksbridge on 14/9/22. on arrival was told no person could give me the jab and to come back the next day. On arriving on the 15th I was told that I could not have the jab as the pharmacist was not authorized and that i should go to another chemist or doctors to have the jab. I subsequently went to another pharmacist and booked with them. I shall not be frequenting well pharmacy again after this episode. Also why does it take 1week for dispensing repeat prescriptions from an off-site hub where before you took over from the previous pharmacy prescriptions were dispensed while you waited or next day. A very poor organisation.
