    We were waiting for delivery of medication for a 93 year old patient. We tried phoning the practice but their phone was engaged for two hours solid. I called to collect the medication in person but the staff could not explain why it had not been delivered. I mentioned the constant phone unavailability and was told that 'they had been busy'. The staff were quite rude and unhelpful.
