went to pick up my regular repeat prescription, this a 2 monthly renewal. it hadn't been done because, when I picked up my last prescription in October, my renewal was not processed . i now have to wait until after Christmas to collect in. This pharmacy used to be appalling, disorganised, complete chaos. after many complaints, it improved greatly, I hope it is going back to how it was previously. a lot of dissatisfied customers in the shop today. they really need to pick their game up.
