    Repeated problems and stress caused to customers by a pharmacy that seems to change its staff on a daily basis, often agency staff used (who say they won't return because of the grief they get). My repeat prescriptions haven't been requested on time for months and they frequently blame the GP surgery (I'm not saying they are perfect but when I go to the surgery to check they either say haven't had a request or they can show me when they issued a prescription) or pharmacy staffing issues. No stock ever kept on site so everything is ordered in causing another 2 day delay and this is haphazard too as they 'never seem to get what they order' so have to reorder items. I have repeat prescription for 12 to 15 items each month for complex issues and this month it was 16 days after the due date before I had all my medication. I used up all my 'spare' stock and had to do without some medication for a few days causing me unnecessary and severe pain and complications that I'm still dealing with weeks later. I have narrowly avoided a hospital stay fir one issue caused by not having my medication. I explained the potential for major impact to my conditions on each visit but they did nothing to speed up the process and I made all the calls and had to run around to sort issues myself. The attitude of staff was really poor with one staff member even raising his voice to tell me how busy he was and I wasn't the only customer with issues with their medication (this was evident whilst waiting in the queue overhearing other customers complain anyway) so would just have to wait! They never answer the phone and don't communicate with each other or document things on their systems. Total nightmare so I am moving pharmacies as after giving them a chance to improve for months, I can't see it changing and would be suprised if they don't close down this year.
