    I get my medication delivered Repeatedly "forget" I've been a Delivery Customer for 8 years. I ring to confirm "yes they'll be delivered today" - no delivery Items repeatedly missed off my delivery. Today Twenty Two telephone calls over the space 3 1/2 hours which haven't been answered

    Three times I have arrived at this chemist before there closing time of 18:00 hours & yet it has been closed! I've even called & asked on the day of attendance..... So why state a closing time of 18:00pm, if you're planning on closing at 17:50 or 17:56??? If they are going to plan this? Then they should state on the day that they're going to be closing a little early that's all! It's frustrating when you drive there from work & they close early! Them extra few minutes help people sometimes!

    Several times over past year now told cannot get certain tablet only this time was told it would be available on Monday 4.9.23 after being told reordered and in stock clearly a lie. Went to collect told cannot get anywhere and requested prescription to go elsewhere. Friend went to another Knights chemist in stock however Catshill had cancelled prescription... no joke when they drove out their way to get. Without my medication and going on holiday. As only local chemist to me and getting worse everytime I go, I've taken the decision to move to online delivery via a different provider. The place is enough to give you blood pressure!

    Several times tried to contact via phone always engaged can t get through all day ?? My prescription been there since 5/5/23 still not recieved it why ????
