Contact Number Inquiry Firstly, I have been attempting to reach your pharmacy since this morning and since yesterday but have been unable to get through. Could you please provide me with your contact number for future communications? or You guys are ignoring the phone rings? Details of Dispensing Error On April 22nd, mr B E was issued colchicine 500 mcg tablets (with no error in issuing). However, the patient has reported that they received clonazepam Alissa 0.5 mg tablets instead, which were incorrectly labeled as colchicine 500 mcg tablets. This is a significant dispensing error that has been reported to the relevant authorities.The patient is asking if gp could reissue their prescription for colchicine tablets to cover the next 28 days. However, since gp issued the medication on April 22nd, their prescription is not due until mid-May. While I understand that there was a dispensing error, I would like clarification on why a new prescription needs to be issued when it is not yet due?

After opening 15 minutes late the pharmacist told me my prescription was "at Superdrug", although this has been my nominated pharmacy for many years. I asked what she meant and which Superdrug, and she said with some exasperation "I don't know I don't live around here" and handed me a scrawled phone number. I was baffled and asked her again "but which Superdrug is this - I don't understand", and she turned away and yelled "Next" to the person behind me so I left. There was absolutely no call to treat me or any other customer that way - I was nothing more than confused and asking what had happened. I have changed my nominated pharmacy now and I won't be coming back.

The staff refused to help and simply said "I don't know what you expect me to do". This was their response to a patient in distress and it was humiliating. Never again will I send my prescriptions here, The staff do not care for people and treat them with disdain and rudeness. Terrible customer care will not be going here again, definitely best to avoid.
