I have been using this pharmacy for the last 4 years and have always been greeted by the helpful and agreeable staff who are prepared to do the extra mile to be helpful. On occasion I have needed to talk to the pharmacist and he to was very helpful. I cannot praise all the staff highly enough, this is what all pharmacies should be like.

I went into the pharmacy the pharmacist & the staff are always smiling and very efficient. I must admit I went in as I was passing and couldn’t believe my meds were already to be collected . This pharmacy used to be so disorganised but the whole team seem to have turned it around have signed up to get my prescription there each month thank you Waterton for your care & kindness

On two occasions this pharmacy was able to obtain medications that were in short supply that no other local pharmacy was able to get. Friendly, efficient professional service - even for a non-regular customer. A glowing example of how all pharmacies should be run. 12 out of 10 for going the extra mile !
