This pharmacy’s willingness to prepare and deliver dossete boxes to my 93 year old mother regularly and reliably enables her to continue to live independently and safely. They went over and above last month, preparing 3 weeks worth at short notice. Thank you to the pharmacist and whole team, including the delivery driver, at Waterbeach pharmacy.

We moved recently to waterbeach and are thoroughly impressed with the service we have received from waterbeach pharmacy. The pharmacists are helpful, friendly and take their time to ensure we understand our medications and all the staff are friendly and go above and beyond despite being busy. This pharmacy is a real bonus to the village, thank you all

The staff and service at Waterbeach are nothing short of amazing. My 22 year old daughter had cancer and required a significant number of drugs before she sadly passed away. My previous pharmacy were so unhelpful during this time such that I couldn’t bear to go in the shop so we switched to Waterbeach and they were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, they gave advise and even delivered our items and above all they were just so kind and understanding at the darkest time of our lives. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We now recommend you to everyone now!

The pharmacy is always ready to help, and will contact the surgery if necessary. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I just wish they were open on Saturday mornings for those who work late.

Thank you for your kind words. I'm so pleased you are happy with our service. Regrettably we are not open due to staff workforce issues. We had applied for a 24 hour vending machine for prescriptions to try and overcome some of the hinderances of not opening on a weekend, however this was opposed by the Parish Council. We offer a delivery service if that helps and can offer advice over the phone. I hope this is of some comfort. Best Wishes Geeta Sharma Co-owner
