I honestly cannot praise this pharmacy enough the service is absolutely outstanding! I was prescribed some pain relief today by my GP and not long after the prescription had been issued the medication was delivered to my house. Amazing! especially as I thought that one of the items would have to be ordered in as it is not commonly prescribed. Thank you for always going above and beyond.

Excellent, friendly service. My prescription was ready within a very short time and the pharmacist made sure that I was fully aware how to use it.

Review titled Blood Pressure Test saved me from stroke or worse

On a routine visit to my gp practice my Practice Nurse could not get my blood pressure reading. I am a reasonably fit middle aged lady and I felt fine, but was advised to visit Walkers as they may be able to get the reading where the gp surgery could not. The pharmacist was excellent, very experienced and professional, and there was no need to book. When my reading was taken it was extremely high (practically volcanic) and the pharmacist advised me to visit a&e. He provided a formal printed referral to a&e , and the details were added to my nhs record. When I then attended a&e the referral cut down the wait time significantly, leading to my admission within 20 mins of arrival. I was later advised that If I had not visited the pharmacy and had my pressure taken, I had been at extremely high risk of an imminent stroke or heart attack. I would have every confidence in the Walkers pharmacy team, and would highly recommend them. A quick 5 min test that was instantly available has hopefully saved my quality of life for many years to come.

I have used Walkers Pharmacy for my medication for many years. My health and mobility are poor so I rely on my medication being delivered. in all of this time they have never let me down. It is very comforting to know that if I need any advice on other medication or equipment, I can give them a call and they will help me with their expert advice, and order it into stock for me, and if I have a prescription delivery due they will also send it with my prescription delivery.

Whilst collecting a repeat prescription I was offered a BP test. Id been having headaches on a daily basis, so I thought it a good idea to proceed. This result was quite high and so I had a 24hr monitor fitted. The results showed some concerns but Malkit put my mind at rest and his advice was reassuring & if I have any future queries/questions hell be available. Next step... making an appt with my GP.

Got my Covid and flu shots as a walk-in. There was a brief waiting period whilst they prepared. I was called in, asked name and date of birth. One injection in each shoulder and I was out within 5 minutes. I have nothing to criticise at all.

Only certain members will treat you with the utmost respect others will not care one bit. The younger employees don’t seem to care if they help or don’t and seems to be a pain for them, especially when handling queries over the phone.

The Quality of service is second to non and any queries you have will be sorted out there and then. When the pharmacy was in Moreton Avenue the service was as very good now it's brilliant

Went to walkers for UTI Was seen promptly by pharmacist. Felt very comfortable. He very was thorough, and professional. I left with the correct treatment and good advise.
