I have only just started using this pharmacy after my mother came to live with us. The young woman that served me was extremely rude and had an appalling attitude. She told a lie regarding when my mother's prescription was sent across leaving my mother without essential and urgent medication. Unfortunately, the same scenario has happened again today. They claim the GP was late sending the prescription, however, the GP surgery have confirmed they received it last Tuesday. I week ago. The medication was not available, leaving my mother without her medication for the second time. It is never their fault, always someone else and the attitude is disgusting. They seem to have permission to speak to patients/customers how they like. I personally asked one young woman not to be rude to me, and she replied, it works both ways. Clearly in need of some desperate customer service training. If I can find out how, I will be making an official complaint.

Dismal service. Staff not able to find medication..have to make another trip as they don't have stock...What has happened to the staff that used to be there they were very good.... get home and still 1 pkt of tablets short!!!

My regular pharmacy as it’s located in the village; in the last year the service has become dismal. Phones never answered, rude staff on the other end. In the shop itself, so little stock on the shelves; they can never find your prescription and repeatedly check the computer for the details. Staff are unfriendly with faces that display their dissatisfaction with their roles. Very sad to see the decline of a once friendly service.
