    Expect to receive a fast, friendly and expert service if you visit this pharmacy. It is well stocked with off the shelf products and well connected with local GP practices for receiving prescriptions. It is excellently located in the centre of Ampthill in a charming old building.

    I’ve been using this pharmacy for 7 years and they are nothing short of perfect. Quick, reliable and always very well stocked. The pharmacy is always immaculate and I hardly ever see people waiting.

    I regularly collect my Diabetic medication from Cheesmans and they are always friendly helpful and efficient.

    Went to collect prescription, ordered via App and updated as ready to collect. On arrival staff member said they had not had the request. Staff member was rude and not helpful. Following up with GP practice who confirmed prescription had been approved and sent to pharmacy. Recontacted pharmacy and spoke to a different member of staff who was most helpful and informed me that they had been unable to source the normal presentation and required an amended prescription. This detail would have been available to the previous staff member whose chose to ignore it and tried to fob me off. This staff members lack of insight has led to further phone calls which have taken up valuable time which could have been dealt with at the first opportunity. Perhaps some quality monitoring and further training may help this staff member.
