I went to purchase some sterile dressings , which they don’t seem to ever stock and when I was told abruptly they don’t have them I asked where I could purchase some , reply was in Asda , I said or do they ? Lady replied with raised tone and putting her hands up “ well I don’t know do I ?! “ I was shocked , smiled said thank you and left .. awful manners

really pleasant staff prescriptions expertly put together and on time, always text you when ready. If stock is not available they will go out of the way to source it as quickly as possible. Have been using this pharmacy now for several years, and are very proud of the staff whom work very hard to keep there customers happy, well done village pharmacy.

As time goes by there have been different staff,but the great service we always receive never changes.right through Covid & to present day they have always been there for us,it’s not to much to say that I’m not sure we could of remained Covid free,we owe a huge big thankyou to all the staff.

The pharmacy are always extremely helpful and informative, texting when my prescription is ready and chasing the surgery when the prescription is due (if not received).

Very friendly and helpful pharmacists and staff.Always text when prescription is ready, anything missing is usually dispensed in 48 hours. Highly recommend this Pharmacy and give good helpful advice if required.

Both my elderly Mother and my poorly husband receive use this pharmacy for their prescriptions. Whenever I need help or advice with regard to their medications the staff at the pharmacy are always really helpful and do their utmost to assist me. They are always happy to process a prescription request with the GP for me and are always willing and cheerful when helping. When you call into the store they are lovely and leave everyone feeling as if they have been dealt with efficiently and professionally.

Useless pharmacist repeatedly asked the same irrelevant question re how long ago I last had taken a painkiller, to which the answer was two, a couple of hours ago....and then randomly refused to sell me any painkillers. I had toothache and was in pain. I had to walk to the one further away in order to buy the painkiller. The other pharmacist asked a perfectly valid question, are you on any other medications..the answer was no and the painkiller was purchased. Village pharmacy is a 30 second walk away. I'll never use them again.
