   After waiting for my prescription I was told to come back tomorrow for one of the other prescriptions, I said to the counter staff that does that mean I have to come back again after work with the horrendous traffic on Romford Rd and Vicarage Lane, the counter staff said in a attitude “ Yeh Yeah Yeah” with no apologies whatsoever..clearly the counter is lacking basic customer service skills in which she getting paid for or not the bad attitude she posses. The manager needs to look into this very seriously.
