Poor customer service, never answer the phone no matter what time you call and how long you are on hold for. Pity there are no other pharmacies near by.

Tried to call about 20 times to find out where my urgent prescription was. No answer and no facility to leave a voicemail. Not good enough

Tried ringing over and over the past few days at different times. There is no answerphone to leave a message either!!

On 3/2/2023 struggled to source antibiotics at local pharmacy after lengthy queing (twice). Contacted Vesey Pharmacy where drugs were available and dispensed immediately. On 9/2/2023 prescription released by GP to Vesey at 3pm, by 11.50 am on 10/2/2023 it was delivered to my door. What a refreshing change in the current climate. Thank you Vesey Pharmacy.

The staff are the most kind and helpful team I’ve ever met. They represent how the NHS should be. They are busy but are polite and always go the extra mile to get me my particular brand and strength of meds without which I would be lost. Thank you to you all.

Terrible customer service. Will leave queried prescriptions to one side for over a week and not tell the customer. Never answers the phone so that you have to go into the place to chase only to be told it’s not ready or that you should have rang. I have found the pharmacists obstinate attitude towards questions very rude and unwarranting. I would not recommend.

Unprofessional, disorganised, never answer the phone, don't deliver prescriptions when they're meant to. Twice I've had to physically go into the store to pick up a prescription for a controlled drug after waiting weeks for it to be delivered and both times there were staff stood in the back chatting and couldn't find my prescription amongst the mess of others... And then when they find it, they don't ask me any security questions, just hand it over to me... If I had the option to use somewhere else, I would.

Top service from a top pharmacy. The team were able to get my son’s prescription so quickly when all of the others, including the big chains, couldn’t get it. Highly recommend these guys for a great patient experience.

Always willing to help and support customers I attended just before closing time, with a childs' antibiotic prescription, and the staff were more than happy to complete the prescription. Helpful, caring and friendly.
