Visited the pharmacy as a walk-in for my Covid-19 booster. Was seen very quickly and efficiently. Was nice to know my winter vaccinations are now all upto date.

I went to collect the outstanding balance of my script. I was served by a very pleasant and helpful assistant. She asked the pharmacist for help in sorting out my medication. He ignored her and carried on with what he was doing, took a phone call and all this time I was standing observing at the counter. I was disappointed that someone in his position could be so dismissive to his staff member who was trying her best to help me, the customer at the counter I only use this pharmacy as Lloyds at Sainsbury’s has closed and am not sure that I will continue to use his services I am a retired GP and have not experienced this poor service either as a doctor or patient in the last 35 years
