This pharmacy is on a busy street and is often very busy, but the staff have always been very kind to me and to those around me. I often see one of the team running to the door to help someone (the door is quite heavy) or quietly helping people in other unobtrusive ways. I take a number of different medications, many of which are difficult to obtain and have to be specially ordered. I really appreciate the effort that goes on behind the scenes to track down these medications from various wholesalers and get them ready for me so quickly. They have often managed to get hold of meds that the bigger chains (e.g. Lloyd's) couldn't get. They also always offer to mix up/prepare meds for me to make my life easier, and have been helpful and knowledgeable when I've needed to ask about side effects or drug interactions. I absolutely trust them to keep me safe and they're a really important part of my medical care team. The opening hours are helpfully long, and I've often seen them stay late to make sure everyone gets the help that they need. It's easy to get hold of them on the phone, which is rare in my experience with pharmacies, and I know my GP really appreciates being able to contact them when necessary. Tl;dr Busy independent pharmacy doing an underappreciated job and doing it well.

Put up with this chemist because it was local and easy for me.but their service is appalling. Being a family business means that a very rude worker stays in the job. Surprised that there aren't any reviews here, plenty on Google..mainly negative.
