Considering the workload the pharmacy service is first rate with caring and diligent professionals The shop staff are also courteous and efficient would highly recommend

I had earwax removed by a charming lady. She was quick and efficient, removed what seemed like loads of wax, and my hearing is bck to normal.

Amazing that Trio offer an ear check. Lovely, efficient pharmacist checked my ears, showed me results. Gosh, both ears filled with ear wax. I was recommended to use ear drops for 5 days before phoning Dr's for ear syringe appt. Trio also offer this service. Thank you Trio.

They are a very good practice and we’re so helpful especially all through covid. While doctor appointments had become difficult they were there to help. They are very creative and a great practice to have in Shepperton.

Seats to wait, parking easy on the street outside, and a friendly and very helpful person providing Covid top-up jab (done in side room). Offered top-up for me caring for my father as well. Made it all really easy, thank you.

I presumed that when instructing his pharmacy to request and issue my repeat prescriptions this would result in them keeping a close and timely eye on when my (and my husbands) medication was running low. Sadly, not so. On a number of occasions I had to telephone and ask that they urgently requested the repeat prescription from my doctor. On one occasion I was left without medication over Christmas. Not once was there an apology. And when I eventually cancelled their service and was asked why, I stated that this pharmacy was too unreliable, the response I received "thats fair enough". So clearly not interested in improving their service or being more customer orientated. It is a very busy pharmacy and by this reaction I presume that they have sufficient customers paying into their service, they don't feel the need to retain or worry about the odd one who has not received a good service.
