   The pharmacy does not operate a clear queueing system, nor do they keep tabs on who arrived when. They ask for the “Next Customer Please” but don’t take account of those who are fearful due to mental health issues and make it clear that they think you are “pushing in” when you have been waiting longer than those they think should be served first. A very frightening place to visit when you are collecting medication for mental health issues. Not the first time, but previous response to a formal complaint was to refuse to put adequate signing in place and to blame the victim for “standing in the wrong place”.
