There are at least 5+ staff in there and for the past two weeks I’ve been sent back and forth and always leaving without my medication.

I cot COVID-19 booster jab on 22 October 2024 at 9.30. A mentioned at the time that sometimes I get reminder emails from Wapping Group Practice for Flu and COVID jabs I have already got at Tower Pharmacy.

The staff at Tower Pharmacy are always pleasant and professional. Yesterday I collected a prescription and the service was both efficient and caring, as usual, unrushed and carried out with a smile.
