The team at Topside Pharmacy are fantastic. I was feeling faint on arrival and was attended to promptly. It’s like visiting a local community centre - always a warm welcome. Considerate, swift, attentive, precise, always go the extra mile. Exemplary customer service and patient care. Thank you, Topside!

The Pharmacist and staff are really helpful with difficult problems. No waiting, but knowledgeable constructive advice. Very valuable when GP's are so overstretched and difficult to reach these days.

The team at Top Side are phenomenal! We think that they are illustrative of the best service one could ever envisage. We consider ourselves very lucky to leave near this great Pharmacy. Thank you. Keep up the extraordinary attention to customer care.

Went above and beyond. Away for the weekend I left my inhaler behind and was in desperate need. The staff were so helpful. Literally saving my life.

I mean the title says it all... amazing fast service, great staff, well-informed and efficient, just the best. I don't even live that close by but would gladly make the trip to give them my business.

After trying another pharmacy on the high street with poor customer service and an unhelpful attitude I came upon Topside. What a difference! Both members of staff I met were professional and polite, but most of all helpful and human! I am a young cancer sufferer, this pharmacy made me feel welcome, gave helpful information, and treated me like a human being. I could not recommend Topside highly enough. I was spoken to by a member of staff in the shop and a pharmacist, both were brilliant. They explained my medication, explained why the other pharmacy couldn't or wouldn't help me, and found a solution that was simple and patient focussed. They saw that my issue was slightly unusual and found a way to help me instead of putting up barriers. Thank you for your kindness!

I went in to ask the pharmacist a question and the service I received was exceptional. The pharmacist was knowledgable, kind, calm and very helpful. Excellent service

Friendly pharmacist and pharmacy assistant, who could see immediately that I needed expert advice and treatment. This was given promptly and professionally, I had been to 6 other pharmacies that day and pushed aside and told they could t help me. My experience with Topside Pharmacy was completely the opposite and I already have less discomfort and feel my condition is now under control. Thank you so much for your help and support. Highly recommend this team.
