I have quit vaping with the help of two lovely ladies at this chemist, They were very helpful to me always happy to help, if it wasn’t for them I would still be vaping ,I can’t thank them enough , also not just vaping but collecting my own and my husbands prescription is smooth and easy ,it’s a great little chemist and actually feel they help more than the actual doctors . Thanks very much again for all your Help and keep up the good work for us Quitters.

The pharmacy is now not reachable by phone at all. They have had a temporary number for months and now they either just let it ring, or it seems to be off. When I finally got it to ring today it would appear they disconnected the call rather than answer. I have always phoned to order my prescription 2 days before I want to collect so it is ready for me otherwise you have to stand waiting for ages for them to make it up. The majority of the staff are unfriendly and you never recieve an apology when they make mistakes, which they do surprisingly quite often, I have had items missed, double quantities given, and even tablets which would expire before I took them all. Someone needs to look into this especially as they are our only local pharmacy.

No landline number and temporary mobile number for patients to ring. Temp number has been a mobile for 6 months now. Constantly turned off and haven’t been able to get through and have to go down to order each month now. What do immobile housebound patients suppose to do??? Never get an apology and the staff didn’t even care when I told them their phone was off. Suppose to get home delivery but what’s the point when you have to go there to order. Don’t even give out number - like the secret service or something!!

4mths running pescription of 5 items sent out with all but one missing also wrong item sent out fed up with having to point this out get a grip

I called in this morning to collect a prescription for my husband. His medication is normally delivered to our home, but this item had been missed off his delivery. There were 3 staff, 2 dealing with phone enquiries and 1 serving. The staff member serving couldn't find my husband's prescription. The system seems to be numerous small plastic boxes which hold the prescriptions! She spent about 10 minutes looking for it by which time there was a queue of about 5 people behind me waiting to be served. 1 lady actually put the item she wanted to buy on the counter and walked out. Another member of staff finished her phone call and started helping to look for it. The 1st assistant then told the other lady (and loud enough for the rest of the customers to hear) my husband's name and what the medication was! Not very good patient confidentiality! Finally she found it and instead of handing it to me with a smile and apology for the wait, she 'thrust' it to me with a stoney expression and no eye contact. Not only did she not acknowledge my thank you, she didn't even check the address (which should always happen). Hopefully nothing gets missed off future prescriptions and I never have to visit this chemist again.
