   I have worked in a GP practice in the past and appreciate just how emotionally draining and demoralising it can be when trying your best to keep professional for the sake of patients when under pressure. This team work as ‘back in the old days’ When people had time to listen and treat each patient as an individual with respect and kindness. Special thanks to the staff member who went above and beyond her duty today. Let’s keep appreciating the ones who work extremely hard to give us the best possible service in these trying times ….
