The Thomas Bell pharmacy in Ambleside is an independent chemist offering a wide range of services to people who live in Ambleside and to visitors alike. The staff was clearly knowledgeable . The pharmacy also offers a vaccination service which I used today. The vaccine was explained and any possible side-effects were made known even though I was given an information leaflet at the time. The pharmacist was knowledgeable, discreet, and more than happy to assist with any questions that might have had. based upon my experience, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Thomas Bell Pharmacy as a perfect example of a community based facility offering vaccinations.

I always go to Thomas Bell for my vaccinations. Service is always courteous and efficient, with no delays. Last weeks Covid jab was painless!

My partner and I have just had our spring Covid vaccinations at Bell's Chemist, and once again we have both received excellent treatment. The pharmacist thoroughly explained the procedure and took time to allow any questions we may have. All in all a very professional experience.

I have just had a Covid injection at this excellent Pharmacy. The staff are very efficient and caring and the hole process from booking to receiving my injection was very easy and effective. Thank you very much.

We had our Covid booster vaccinations today at Bell's Chemist. As we'd expected, we were greeted by the friendly pharmacist, who administered the injections swiftly and expertly. He also asked some questions about our general health, showing a knowledge and concern about his clients.

Called for COVID-19 vaccination 03/04/2025. As with all previous visits here they were friendly, efficient and informative. A great benefit to Ambleside.
